From Participants:

  • NDIS-related preferences and service needs
  • Support goals or areas of dissatisfaction with current services

From Providers:

  • Business name, ABN, NDIS registration status
  • Services offered, service locations, and languages supported
  • Key contact person and contact details
  • Capacity to accept referrals

  • To connect Participants with suitable NDIS Providers

We do not use your information for fundraising, advertising unrelated products, or any purposes not outlined in this policy.

  • NDIS Providers, but only with your consent (for Participants)
  • Platform service providers (e.g. CRM systems, cloud storage)
